Betances has a pretty punchable face too. Or maybe that's just because he's a headhunter who didn't get suspended for beaning a tiger in the head after several dustups in a game last season.

You aren't kidding. After 2 consecutive walks, Gurriel struck out in a 4 pitch AB with only 1 pitch being a strike.

And it was a situation where just moving the runners would have been a successful AB.
