The only reason you slide that far out in front of home with your feet out to the side is to take the guy out.

If he wanted to play it correctly he would've just slid into home with his feet out towards the plate and give the guy something to think about/make it a tough play. Instead he went for the legs.

I think he had every intention of taking out the legs of that catcher and that's dirty.
.It's within the laws of the game so I don't think it was dirty.

Pretty wild that Altuve was dipping below .300 a week ago and now he's at .332.

Was it really a TOOTBLAN? Robert Ford made it sound like a hit and run. Or even straight up SB.

We are 30th out of 30 in first inning runs

The top of our lineup should be top 10 at worst

I'm getting a little tired with the top part of our lineup not doing anything. Our offensive resurgence has largely been because of 6-9 and Altuve. It's time they snapped out of it
