I follow them because my wife is Californian and a big Dodgers fan. I've taken a huge amount of delight at their start but it seems like they've started heating up. They lost against some bad teams (CIN and MIA) but I think they swept the Nats and took 2/3 from the Rockies. Their division seems weak and it wouldn't surprise me to see them eventually win it. But I'm enjoying it for the time being

I've said it before, but seeing the Dodgers' start makes me all the more happy we won it. I know there's that sense that a young team's window is open for a few years, but you can also see how injuries or prolonged slumps can make it difficult. If we were sitting 22-27 after losing the World Series, this place would be rough.

Bellinger has had a major sophomore slump, slashing .243/.304/.443 with 7 HR, Turner has played in only 9 games and Seeger is out for the year. Hill and Kershaw have both missed starts and Hill had been bad on top of that. To top it off the BP had been bad. Plain and simple, the Dodgers are playing like their record suggests.

I'm shocked we're 50 games in. Still seems like the season just started. Hell, it still seems like we just won the WS. Time flies when you're good.

The bottom 6 Indians are collectively averaging like .175. I'm not a fan of the shift with guys not hitting. Don't let them bunt and get free bases.

Correa has 300 less at bats than Lindor .... yet has more homeruns and RBI.

Lindor: avg - .294 , HR: 72: RBI: 245

Correa: avg: .286 HR: 74 RBI: 280

Also Correa beat Lindor head up for the 2015 AL Rookie of the year.

Give it 6-8 weeks. Lindor is better than Correa at the plate right now for the first time in his career.
