Yeah, it's kind of gotten to the point where if we done have 2+ runs I don't feel good at all.
That said, the offense chased Greinke early, which is a good sign.
If we win tomorrow, that would be a really nice series win.

This feels like post all star game last season, but at least then the bullpen had the excuse of being tired from the starters leaving the game early almost every night.
Not sure what their excuse is now.

At this point, I trust Rondon more than any of them, and I'm still not sure that's a good idea.

I think you are partially right. It's hard to expect them to hold 1 run leads or even tie games every game.
But man, this is at least the third game where the offense, who has struggled mightliy, has battled back to tie or take the lead and the bullpen goes and gives it back the next inning. I can understand why some feel frustrated by that.
For me, a game like tonight is just unfortunate, because we got the ground ball we needed, just bounced off the glove.

I will also give them credit as well, I do believe they have done more good than harm by keeping us in some games where the offense has bee nonexistent. Can definitely give that credit.
I think we've just been an overall victim of timing. Would like a blow out tomorrow!

The bullpen isn't much more inconsistent than last year. The problem is a team that is hitting 35 points below what they were hitting last year with half the number of homers.

Any of yall see Charlie Morton's post game interview? Man, he looks beat down and overanalyzed. I wonder if some of the vaunted analytics staff is getting to them.

Even when he has great games, he sounds kind of down. He's a very low key guy.

I thought so. At the very least, there were some really good pitches that nobody should be taking with 2 strikes.
