Already bemoaning the bullpen? They'll be fine.

Barring something awful happening in the last frame.... They'll have opened up 3-1 against a divisional opponent. Enjoy it for a second. The bullpen will be just fine, and if they aren't, then we get help in the summer.

Marwin was unhappy with a strike call. He evidently said something between innings & got himself tossed. Not seen on the tube...during commercials. Not very exciting.

Gonzalez also acted like a little pr*ck by kicking a baseball (as he was jogging in to the dugout) that the home plate ump tossed out to the mound.

It should be noted that Gonzalez has had a bad day at the plate today.

Fair enough. I hope you're right. I just remember the likes of Dotel and Wagner. Flamethrowers who overpowered hitters for an inning or two. I don't know that we have guys like that in the pen.

As we saw last year, that loses effectiveness in a 7 game series. We tattooed Jansen. There's a reason Dotel and Wagner never won us a WS.

No one denies that our bullpen is our weakness, especially considering we have a historic offense and one of the best starting staffs in the league. I disagree with the people who think it's a problem.
