It seems like a neat, fun little airplane to fly. However, when the lead designer and the company's top engineer are both killed in one, seemingly while hot-rodding around, it should give one pause about what kind of safety culture the outfit has.
Case in point: one of the videos that Roy posted was of him flying around above a broken to overcast cloud deck; something that, while legal, is a pretty foolish thing to do for a new, inexperienced VFR pilot. The fact that he not only did this but also recorded and posted it online for the world to see points to a serious deficiency in whatever factory training he received.
