I think the dodgers tried intimidation & it didn't work.

What still amazes me is how effortlessly Morton got through the last three innings.
I think we were all anticipating some suspense as far as the Dodgers maybe getting some runners on, but it never happened. He pitched like it was a game in mid-June against the Marlins...effortless in appearance, although it was anything but.
The first two innings were enormous. To get a 5-0 lead that quickly took their crowd completely out of the game, and they couldn't get that key hit to put any real pressure on us.
We were in a similar position in Game 5, and Gurriel's 3-run blast to tie it up 4-4 flipped the script. No more Kershaw dominance...it was game on.
I couldn't go to the parade yesterday, but if I had to choose between that and being at that epic Game 5, I'll take the game 10 out of 10 times.
Or maybe Les Nessman.Agnzona said:
That's the best live radio bit since that guy watched the Hindenburg go down.

So now that I'm not in danger of jinxing anything....why in the heck do teams not bunt against our shift?

Only Yankees I cant stand:
Starlin Castro - just a tool
Gary Sanchez - POS who runs off the bench to cold cock someone at the bottom of the pile
Sabathia - mouthing off to Reddick after the ump gave him a ridiculous zone that led to Reddick grounding out
Otherwise, really no issues. Although Bird has even more villainous eyebrows than Hosmer
I thought I would be mad about the Watson news and now this Auburn game but I am still beamin' from becoming World Champs....So **** itFarmer1906 said:
