We park in the garage between Congress, Franklin, Austin and Labranche. They only charge 20. But don't know how soon they get full. We usually get there 2hrs before

We've been parking down by Shell Plaza on Louisiana and McKinnney.

About a 20 min walk but it's not bad and in and out of downtown is a breeze.

Found a lot about 2 blocks away for $40. Good for now. But it's going to take a while to leave later.
