i'm glad that some of the everyday starters are finally showing frustration with the losing
The worst ones for me are when a runner slides into the base, and is safe, but just by the pure speed of the game they come off the bag barely and the tag is still being applied. The runner beat the throw, and beat the tag. He should be safebullard21k said:
This maybe a snobby "baseball purist" point of view but there a few plays that really big me about instant replay and that altuve play just now is one of them.
I personally feel instant replay in baseball was implemented more for cut and dry type plays - was it fair or foul, was it a home run or not, was the runner out running to first etc.
Players sliding into 2nd or 3rd and being clearly safe...but as they slide across the bag their foot comes off for .001 of a second while the tag is still applied. And the neighborhood plays while turning 2 at second just like the altuve play that occurred are both examples. Now if somebody is 2 feet from the bag trying to roll a DP, that's different...but coming off the bag for 1/2 a second is just irritating
I know I know...somebody is going to say "well he was technically out if those things happended". Understand that just feel like it wasn't the original intent or principal of implementing instant replay

How many double plays have we hit into in say the last 5-6 games?
You know Gattis is on the DL, right?MisterFurious said:CFTXAG10 said:

Bad all year, but exponentially worse when you have a catcher/manager that facilitates a veteran catcher going 4 or even 5 in a row while another major leaguer is in the bench, but sits said veteran after a day for a prospect....exactly what this team needs right now. I honestly have no clue how anyone thinks Hinch is worth a dead rat...but he's a nice dude, amiright?

And another walk or hit given up after getting two outs.

Crazy after he acted like a clown during their last chance against him....now they're "being the best team in the AL" playing sub .500 post break with minor league mashers all over the place. I hate that I love this piece of crap franchise. It's like if one of my kids became a serial killer...sucks, but it's your POS kid that can't stop loving.
I do wish Hinch would decide to pursue a dancing career, or something.
