I know I will curse his name at some point again this season, but damn if Mike Fiers isn't about to earn himself a permanent positive nickname...

It's been against CLE, DET, MIN, KCR, LAA, BOS, OAK, and OAK again... so half the AL.

Gattis does not have enough discipline to give him the green light. That was just dumb and probably cost us runs. If anything you make him throw a strike after throwing 7 in a row.

That is also partially on Gattis. His completely undisciplined 3-0 approach changed the momentum of this game, and then I do not understand decision to go to Hoyt with bases loaded. He has been struggling with control.
