Something not mentioned, but I liked the use of Hoyt late. I think he's someone that can be a 7th inning man instead of Gregerson. Has showed great stuff and good command this year.

I just can't get over what that this team is doing now. That 98 team was pretty special and I felt they had a good chance to win it but this team is in on another level. The talent in the lineup is set up to to where it doesn't matter if a couple of guys are struggling because someone else will pick them up. This is my favorite team ever including 94-96 rockets and the 2012 Aggies. The best part is I get to watch them pretty much everyday...

Yeah his ERA isn't microscopic but he's getting the job done. He's not losing games so I don't see what the big deal is. Until it gets to be a real problem I don't think he's an issue.

No hate, between he Wagner and Dotel we have a lock down pen.
Giles is getting the job done but I just don't trust him and don't think we should put a potential World Series clinching moment in his hands. Plus if you add a dominant stopper you can move Giles to the 8th (esp important bc gregerson is the suck this year) and shortern games even more. Imho a dominant closer would mean more to the stros potential playoff hopes than another SP, but I'm good with adding both.
