McCann and Reddick (from his years in Boston) have definitely brought an AL East "walks/HRs are king" vibe and it is jiving well with the amount of pure hitting talent (Bregman, Altuve, Correa, Aoki) on this team. Springer will have a lot of RBI out of the leadoff spot this year! Lots of opportunities for many different players. Overall, they will succeed more often than not.
