Makes sense. He seems like a good kid but I can only imagine that most of us would be feeling our oats if we had his talents.

I've officially figured out what was wrong with Dallas last year. I had him on my fantasy team in 2015, and we all know how that went. Then right before our 2016 fantasy draft I traded him for a first rounder (Miggy) and Kershaw.

I got him back with a third rounder this year. I'm sorry guys, it was my fault.

I love Showrrea, and it looks like he has walked back the extension talk, but I hope he isn't getting a huge head.

It goes without saying that I think he will be an all-star in this league for 15+ years, but to this point, he has been somewhere between "Good" and "Very Good".

Again, being where he is at at age 22 is remarkable, but the objective 275/362/468 isnt "magical" by any means.

Still love the kid and hope he can play here forever, just confused by all the hyped chatter

RBI-wise...Correa is picking up where he left off last September.

has just 9 RBI in his last 121 at-bats.

seems to hit a ton of ground balls to SS & 3B when he's struggling. Not sure if he's trying to pull everything instead of going to RF or up the middle. Or he needs to add a little uppercut to his swing

When Cesar Cedeno came up at 19 in 1970 he lit it up very much like 2015 Correa. He was compared to Mays, Clemente, et al. He had all 5 tools in spades. Unfortunately he was good to really good but never great. No one knows what Correa might become.

Before we get going today, what's everyone's opinions on the new broadcast team? Hard to be better than what we had in bill and Jim for so long but I think both these guys are good.

Correa this season is identifying good pitches to swing at.. and every game I see him foul something off that he should have connected on.

Same can be said for Bregman. I'll give them more time and chalk it up to WBC. Once they find their timing, these two are going to start mashing.

I think the tv broadcasts are the best they've ever been. Radio is really solid, as Robert Ford has really come into his own. Sparks can be a little goofy, but pairs well.
