It was normal with Chris Gordy, but then they switched to Talkin Stros and it is Eric Huysman and Brandon del Castillo. Brandon doesn't sound too bad but he's not the main person talking.

As frustrating as going 4-3 was, the fact that they were able to go 4-3 while not hitting only bodes well for this team. Good to see them find ways to win games when they aren't at their best. Last years team would have gone 1-6

That's insane. Whoever mods this board is seriously butthurt. Though I did see loochy permaban someone just for pointing out his info about the DLine coaching search was wrong, so maybe the mods are trained to be butthurt.

Listening to Berkman on 790 this morning..

If you need more reasons to hate Drayton, apparently Pettite wanted nothing more than a 2nd year on the deal we were offering him (1 yr, 8 mil). He would have signed 2 yrs @ 16 mil and turned down the 3 yr 36 mil offer from the Yankees. We wouldn't budge.

What a **** show.

Did you hear his story earlier about running off the field after 2 outs? He played it off as aggravating his ACL repair and even got a standing ovation from the fans when he got back to first base.

And then Pettite gave up 6 runs.
