AL and NL play on different days so they won't affect each other.
Not through the entire Division Series. They stagger the start days to minimize the number of days in which three or four games are played but baseball does not and will not go to every other day just for TV. They at least attempt to make the postseason like the regular season so one still needs starter or at least bullpen depth.CSWendt said:

Not sure how it will work for playoffs, but the Honda Club level might be a good option for SRO if you have a Honda key. Someone else will need to weigh in on that though because I've never done it
FYI, if you take the left field escalators to the upper deck, then take the stair well down to the club level, nobody is there checking ticketsFarmer1906 said:
SRO is going to be a cluster. If you want to get a good spot then you need to get there before doors open.

Quick question on Verlander: Does this dude not give interviews or what? I didn't see him interviewed after clinching, after other games he starts, etc.
Exactly. There was quite a long interview with him after the clinch... he made it a point to wear the Houston Proud shirt instead of the AL West Champs shirt.CorpsAg11 said:Blahhead said:

He got interviewed by Julia when he first joined the team. And he got interviewed during the clinch celebration...
Because I had some free time and I love the Astros.Blahhead said:
I recorded what I thought was most of the lockerroom celebration from the clinch. Maybe I didn't get it all, so I will have to search online. Thanks.

Verlander on his strong outing
Yes, and Houston's magic number is 6, so with 7 games remaining (total between Houston & Cleveland) getting the AL 1 seed is going to be a big challenge.bullard21k said:
So with Cleveland winning today:
What's their magic number to clinch AL?
2?

I have been so swamped at work, I had no idea ALCS tickets went on sale. Luckily for me, I was able to snag 2 together for game 3 in sec 111.

I'm only seeing ALDS on the website, and I haven't seen any emails about ALCS.
