Going to the game today and taking my son to his first game (14 months old). Backpacks are permitted in the park right? Also snacks for him are ok to bring in? First time bringing a child of this age to a game so big of a rook at this

And Morton is hurt again...

I sure hope it isn't a long stint, but I don't think it would be a bad thing to miss a start here and there for him. When was the last time he pitched an entire season?

Where are you sitting? Yes, you can bring in a bag, it just has to be searched.

We took a 19 month old last year and we sat in the club section. It was not as crowded as the main concourse so it was easier to walk around with him. The kids loves to walk. My iPhone said I took around 16,000 steps or something that day... and that was with my wife and I taking turns walking him around in the stroller or on foot.

I'm in the 3rd row of the Crawford Boxes today. He can't walk yet so we will probably take turns carrying him around the concourse behind the Crawford Boxes when he gets antsy.

I'd rather make a move for a SP versus the deadline. Might as well get 2/3 of a season from a guy rather than the last 1/3. With Keuchel, McHugh and now Morton, we could use the help.

Luhnow talked about this recently, said they felt like they missed out a couple of years ago when they traded for Kazmir a week or so before the deadline, says as it played out they would have likely gotten a better arm if they had waited until the deadline. He made it sound like, all things being equal, their preference now was to wait as long as possible but nothing was an absolute rule.

I think the rangers are only 2.5 out of WC, why would they be sellers? Angels are one game better.

They are also 4th in the list of teams not in a WC spot and 3 games out of dead last. It's Memorial Day and they are 2 games under 0.500. At some point it stops being a run of bad luck and it starts being reality. The only question is: do you get a better return if you sell first or if you wait until the deadline? Of course you have to have something somebody wants.

Oh they won't sell now. I agree with that. If they did their summer ticket sales will start to tank.

But realistically, they need a lot of help to make the playoffs. Seriously, they are a middle of the pack not in the playoffs team right now and will have to jump 5 teams to make it. And one of those is Cleveland. And they need the teams a half game back of them to not do anything either.
