This is great in theory, and I don't necessarily disagree, however I don't think you can bring in them in a "dirty inning".

If you need to pull McCullers with a runner on second, 1 out in the 6th, then a Gregorson/ Harris/ Devo has to get you out of the inning and turn it to Morton/ Peacock in the next inning. (Plus potentially help you use a pinch hitter)

Unfortunately they are really the only ones I have faith in. I'm not so sure Peacock wouldn't make an outstanding closer.......futuristically thinking.

However Hinch seems to have a good feel for things......soooooo whatever he decides is good with me.

The ASG is an exhibition where the lineup is chosen by fans. It shouldn't be used to determine anything, much less home field advantage for the WS.
