What's his contract look like? Think was three years or something like that

Really nice to look at the batting averages in the box score this season. Last year there were about four regulars in the line up still hitting under .200 when we reached May. I'm glad one of those guys is now batting leadoff for the Rangers.

Hinch has been very impressive.. and it doesn't even pain me to say it. The few times I've been mad with him.. I see the opposing manager making 2016 Hinch mistakes and smile a little.

I still don't like shifting when in a double play situation, pinch hitting Marisnick for Reddick now how matter how many times it works out, or running pitchers out just to get them playing time. But those are small gripe when the rest of the decisions are on point.

Him moving Reddick to the 2 hole proved to me that he has finger on the pulse this year.
