At this point, sure seems like ABD should have Ross's spot in the pitching rotation. Ross has basically one good start.

I was actually a St. L fan prior to 2011. Now any mention of them makes my stomach turn.

I want to watch Daniels and Banister sell us on "it's a long season, we'll turn it around". I don't think they can tell that same old story with a straight face.

Every day is a new day in Baseball. Rangers are 3.5 games out of the WC.
And even though we've lost 4 straight, we are in the thick of things. The schedule is in our favor:
@ Balt (1): 45-59
@ Tampa (3): 51-45
v Miami (3): 42-51 - 11th in NL
v Balt (3): 45-49
v Sea (3): 48-48
@ Minn (4): 48-46
@ NYM (2): 42-50 - 10th in NL
Two of the worst NL teams and 4 teams that aren't better than us, but ahead of us in the standings.
Time to git'er done.
Are you smoking the happy weed this morning??Quote:
I agree, this is likely a team better suited to dismantle. As much as it pains me to say.

Cole Hamels is not getting traded.
That is the exact illustration I was intending to portray. In the case of Baseball, and specifically the Rangers 2017 team... they are a bit bipolar.MSFC Aggie said:This, after less than 24 hours ago you said....DallasAg 94 said:

You said dismantle the team after a 12-1 loss at Baltimore then they come back and lose 10-2 at Baltimore and you're talking about new days, being bipolar, and momentum shifts and making a run as the World Series?Quote:

In the case of baseball, you can lose 0-150 one night and come back and win a gem 150-0 the next. You start fresh every day, without regard to yesterday. That is why they say, it is a LONG season.

Hamels is on the mound for us, today... and we have a very soft schedule looming. We could easily go 13-6 or 6-13. But, either way... it all starts today.Quote:
