Just like everyone else in the bullpen, there was a while where he was the only reliable option.

Did anyone else get an email for feedback on the new stadium? Every time I click the link and enter the email address which they sent it to, I get an error, anyone else?

Think it's safe to say we only have 4 reliable bullpen arms in Claudio, LeClerc, Kela and Bush. Hopefully Diekman is fine when he finally gets back. I suppose when Ross, Griffin and Hamels get back you can replace Jeffress and Barnette with Martinez and ABD to give us some semi-reliable long relief arms.

What's scary is Kela has been shaky in his past few outings. We desperately need people who can close out games. I really miss the days of Uehara/Adams/Feliz (pre meltdown). We turned almost every game into a 6 inning game.

I doubt we'll see any of Diekman this year honestly. MAYBE towards the very end. He just had his last surgery, and he tweeted hopefully in 6 weeks he can start throwing

Since he hasn't thrown in so long, maybe when he picks it back up, he can drive his front leg toward home plate instead of the first base dugout. His new colon might appreciate not being twisted every pitch.

Agreed. Doesn't feel like he'll be able to pitch this year at all. At this point though I would assume he'll be an upgrade from what we've gotten from Jeffress and Barnette, regardless of when he comes back.

The MLB Draft is always interesting. The Rangers drafted 4 Srs. Srs have been drafted in the past, knowing the Sr has no choice, ends up with less than slot, which is then used for other players. FWIW... Zobrist was a Sr draftee.

I think it will be interesting to see if the Rangers are serious about getting Knight and Anderson.
