I'm actually impressed that Napoli was somehow able to swing through a 91 mile an hour 4 seamer elevated in the strike zone, right down the middle. Good god. Any MLB hitter should crush that.
At what point is Napoli not worth playing for 8 million dollars? Either way it's one of JDs biggest screw ups although most of his offseason moves last year look pretty bad.

I'm pissed he gave it up, but his command and movement looked better than it has all year. I'd love to be able to go to someone else, but the fact is this bullpen is in complete shambles and overworked.

Seriously, Iapoce (don't know/care if I'm spelling that right) and Brocail need to be gone. Yesterday. the bullpen isnt' making adjustments and the approach at the plate is all-around awful.

I get that, but in terms of it being a tied game and us having already used LeClerc, I don't have that much of an issue with throwing Dyson out there. The bullpen is SO taxed that he was really the only option left outside of Kela or Jeffress, but both of those dudes have thrown a lot recently and might have been as bad if not worse than the one run allowed by Dyson.Huell Babineaux said:AccidentProne said:

Haven't been many times I've lost interest in watching the Rangers play, but this season is looking like one. At what point are hitters no longer in a slump and maybe just aren't very good?
