I had recalled that I originally read a suspension of 25 games was a 2nd failed test.
When players were suspended, I would mention that it was actually a 2nd failed test, not a 1st as it seemed to be presented. I struggled to find reference that it was actually a 2nd failed test and doubted my recollection.
