I get that for Tucker and Valbuena, but sitting Colby for a R/L match up in a game where we will need to score a lot considering Feldman has struggled at Globe Life Park is a mistake IMO.

Colby is our normal cleanup batter. That should be immune to the R/L match up.

I imagine it also has to do with Marisnick getting in the lineup. He adds a spark at the bottom of the order.

Besides TexAgs has been calling for him start.

How does it work with the DH? say he is DH and Castro gets hurt or something - do you have to double switch to put him at catcher?

My most recent experience is coaching a pony league team. This would have been easy there but I imagine it's not quite as simple.

I've been calling for him to start over Gomez in CF. At least for one series.
Until Gomez does something useful in an Astros jersey they should platoon the two. Right now Gomez is just a slower Marisnick.

Jake is batting worse than Gomez and his OPS is about 200 points lower than Carlos.
