So after a great 2015 and as the offseason/spring training is winding down, it's time to start gearing up for our annual march to the World Series for the Astros. I realize there is a fake thread about this, but the thread I started last year ended up with a close loss in the ALDS, so why ruin a good thing? Let's do this.

Things we learned in 2015:

• Summit is allowed back at MMP after proving he can be in attendance during wins
• TOFA was a smashing success and almost got us the division and ALDS
• The impact of the dancing cars on winning needs to be further investigated
• Dancing Mexicans are a good way to celebrate a Astros victory
• That little Altuve guy is still freaking good
• Correa is the real deal
• Gattis can sure hit triples
• Ashby has a crush on Julia
• The Royals can suck it
• Odor is a little beetch

Things to look forward to in 2016:

• Tyler White wins RoY
• Dallas wins the Cy again
• Correa wins the MVP
• Continued TOFA
• Continued dancing Mexicans
• Continued dancing cars
• WORLD SERIES CHAMPS
• Summit attendance record is above .500
• AJ Reed will be called up at some point and smash many home runs

Astros Drinking Game:

There was also talks of establishing an Astros drinking game for when we are all watching the Astros "together." I think we can make a list of running rules on here, if there's any interest. I'll try to keep the rules updated.

I was thinking something like this:

One drink:

• Every time Ashby creeps/hits on Julia
• Astros hit
• Astros get a run
• Astros get a strikeout
• Every time mazag08 and Ag_07 argue about something

Additional drink:

• Astros extra base hit

Chug:

• Astros grand slam

Again these are flexible and are just ideas to get us started. If there's no interest, then no biggie...I'll just take them down .

The thing is I think both will continue and we'll have duplicate discussions and two separate groups of posters. We need to chose and get staff to delete the other one or it's gonna be a drag having both around.

$75 for 300s behind home plate. Just twice the normal price. But hey, not nearly as bad as playoff rates.

At least up until the Correa/Rasmus back-to-back in the 2nd home game. I didn't care for the game much after that point.

Good point. The atmosphere was electric though.
