Knocking a starter out in the 3rd to begin a series is about as good as it gets. A lot of folks don't appreciate the marathon aspect of a baseball season, much less a series. We need to eat their bullpen alive.

I thought it was a good trade at the time, but thought we would get something closer to the Gomez of 2013 and 2014. The trade that bothers me the most is the Giles deal. Felt like we gave up a lot at the time for a closer, even if he turned out to be really good.

Sorry. I meant by first base on that play. I know it was Marwin's fault, but I feel like I need to blame something on Giles anytime he is in the game. That said, glad to see him shake it off and have a quick inning.
