Go look at some of the people who finish in first every night. I dont know how these guys win so much. They literally hit on the highest producing players every night, hit on them when they ride them, and somehow know exactly when to let go and grab the next guy who has been struggling and magically heats up.

Oh this is one pf those guys... bcalicore. We have a pretty good of guys working together on some of this stuff. Hitting the right stack is important but it's random.

I just fell out of the money on the only game I was doing well in. Barring a miracle, I just went 0fer two nights in a row.

Altuve sucking in back to back games hurts bad. 3 points from him and I'm still in the money.

One thing to consider is how many entries they submitted. The same guys are winning the larger GPPs because they are firing in 30 entries at $25 or $100 a pop. That way, they can assemble a lineup like stacking the Rangers' OF that no one else would be on. But the rest of their 29 entries didn't hit. The guys that are winning are doing so with volume a majority of the time. It's kind of crazy to think they may be spending $30K-50K in entry fees every night, but they are also bringing home the $100,000 1st place prize so they are still making money.

Its a lot harder for us who are only firing in one bullet when someone else has 10-12% of the entries in a single GPP contest.

Suggestion -- only play the GPPs with single entry. You can still 3x your money in other multi-entry GPPs, but the likelihood of every winning 1st is very, very small. At least with single entry GPP, everyone is playing with one shot, and may the luckiest man win.

The group I research with plays 25-40 lu's a night based off of consolidated research. $3 gpp so around $100/night. You have to hit the stack but it is difficult to nail down which one.

bad night last night. I told myself I wasn't going to play, but I did anyway. Never playing on a Thursday again. These short slates get you in a lot of trouble. Not enough variance to justify playing.

I was in the middle of doing my lineup and realized it was Thursday. I just closed my laptop and walked away. Thursdays are awful.
