I know it's only 2 games, but man our starting 5 look so much different with Fred commanding the offense and everyone back to their natural position.

Reed, Eason and Smart is going to be a hell of a bench too.

Things we all know, but are good to keep harping on about:
- this team is so much better with Fred. He's got 21 assists to only 2 turnovers this season
- Marcus Smart provides much needed intensity and leadership
- KD is a walking bucket. Need to keep his legs fresh for the end of games and the end of the season


I think Jabari is our x-factor. When he's defending, driving, and shooting well we're impossible to beat

Bogdanovic makes two threes in the last 30 seconds to finish with 16 points off the bench.

Thornton scores the first points of his career, getting a bank shot in the paint and a three ball.

FVV finally goes off, scoring 24 on 7-14 (4-9). Amen scores 23 and Jabari and KD have a quiet 14 and 18, respectively. A lot of bench minutes even with Sengun/Smart/Adams sitting out. Tshiebwe got his first minutes of the season, scoring 7 with two dimes.

Going back to the ketchup and mustard colors was a great move, way more interesting than the Portland Trailblazer uniforms they've been wearing the past few years.

I didn't like the jerseys because of the dumb pinstripes but you can't even see the pinstripes on TV so these are an improvement.

I watched some of it at the bar at Chappelle last night and I was thinking the same thing. We used to go into these and play down to the level of competition. Glad to see that isn't the case so far this year. Nice to pick up wins too with some of your key players out.

I know it is further down the road, but I do wonder what, if anything, Stone will do at the trade deadline if there is an opportunity to upgrade or add an insurance policy

I think this season could have a lot of teams melting down and tearing it down, but my money would be on the Rockets mostly standing pat. Rockets are currently $14,000 under the luxury tax, so adding any salary will be a big ask.

This isn't supposed to be a great draft, but the Brooklyn and Phoenix picks are looking very juicy

I would agree the unis look great. The pinstripes if you want to call them are so subtle you can barely notice them. It probably was the lighting during the photo shoot. The ketchup and mustard is the way it's supposed to be !

Tough L but still encouraging. Took season-best nights from both of Dallas's best players, 3 key Houston injuries, and 4 uncharacteristic consecutive missed FTs from 2 of our best guys to squeak one out on their home floor.
