People too young to see basketball in the 80s and 90s thinking that how a player plays in the last few years of their career defines their career and claim to greatest of all time.

When being at the top of league from the time you were 18 to 39 is defined by the last few years of your career.

Jordan is on of the best of all time but the longevity of how long LeBron has been able to play at the level he has is what makes him great.

Glad we are getting this thread some juice today Texags NBA has been quiet.
Jordan is the best player of all time.
LeBron is a top 3 player in NBA history.
I'm happy to put Lebron third behind Wilt Chamberlain even though I think he's a huge baby. But his long-term sustainability is top notch, on par with the aforementioned Malone, the biggest baby in human history. Nobody has ever done more for his body size than LeBron. I never thought I'd live to see the day I moved Magic Johnson down in my all time rankings, but such is life.

Lebron's biggest issue is his ties to the Diddy files.

Born in 1980 here

LeBron Raymone James Sr, is the Greatest Of All-Time in basketball

**edit**

He set another record in the NBA last night. Oldest player to have triple doubles, three games in a row.

Hes currently shooting a career high from 3-point range at 45.9%

Is that good?

I think alot of people in the older generation also arent fond of the whole super team building that Lebron has been part of. That whole Miami chapter was BS. I think some of his off court politics and fakeness also get held against him compared to Jordan I think.

I cant stand Lebron but he is one of the best to ever play.

No matter what people think of the SuperTeam or The Decision or his politics or his comments on China or calling himself the King and The Chosen One or his social media crying or whatever other reasons people hate LeBron, I don't see anyone anywhere that don't recognize he is at least a top 3 basketball player of all time. I don't think there is really any doubt or argument that LeBron is one of the best to ever play the game.

Super Teams were there in the 80s and 90s, they were just mostly derived from draft picks and trades because free agency was non-existent for so long

The Celtics' Bird-McHale-Parrish team, the Lakers Kareem-Worthy-Magic team, and the Bulls' Jordan-Pippen-Rodman were much better Big Threes than the "not one" Heat.

So Scottie Popped Jr just put up 30

Undrafted Free Agent in 2022 signed a 2 way with the Lakers, flew the southwest, stayed at the La Quinta cut by Lakers signed with Memphis

Still paid less than Bronny and actually earned his pay and roster spit

This reminds me of when I get a new NBA 2k game and am learning the controls and just press the "shoot" button hoping for a layup but I get some weird running hookshot animation instead.

To her credit, she will get her own rebound and repeat that about 3 times to pad her stats.
