Shams reporting that the hawks want herb jones. That's what's holding the deal up. Atlanta is going to be stuck with a Murray and trae duo. I don't foresee them getting better offers for Murray in the future.

One thing from talking to teams throughout the month leading up to the deadline was that the Hawks placed a very high value on all of their guys compared to what was expected. Think there was an expectation that prices would come down at some point.
The fact that they decided to stand pat and not do anything would indicate that such a decision never happened.
