Although he was a teasipper, he did an immense amount of good for the City of San Antonio, and his efforts to make the San Antonio Spurs the best NBA franchise were essential. Few NBA franchises have 5 Championship Trophies.

I know he made a lot of money on sports franchises, but I believe he was driven to do this for the greater good of the community at large. Huge donor to community causes and cancer research as well.

He and his Aggie buddy Lowry Mays built Clear Channel Communications into a media behemoth, and it was started by chance.
