The last two months we've been dead last in pace but first in offensive rating. Very efficient right now

They all knew he was going to shoot it. Gordon has a great look just **** the bed. If you want harden to shoot that then Pringle's has to draw up a play to get him a look which he didn't there

Gordon had a good look, I guess I just wanted to see a play to get your best player open for a chance to win or tie. It is what it is though. CP3 hurt, back to back, lack of shooting all contributed to the loss.

And it might have been designed for Harden to take the shot if the second guy wasn't trailing. Who knows. Gordon had the look, but he's been so damn inconsistent

Last year CP3 didn't play back to backs. Depth sucks this year, so he pushed himself too far. Not good...

That's a good point, but also why it was so stupid to pay a guy that can't play back to backs so so much for so long. Also sitting those back to backs didn't stop him from getting injured in the playoffs, where there are no b2b & plenty of rest.

His salary obviously affects depth.

I have a feeling that we are looking at a similar time frame to last season when CP missed basically the first 2 months of the season with a hammy. While this sucks because we were finally starting to play better this may not be the worst thing in the world. He was going to need to rest at some point anyways hopefully this will help keep him fresh for the playoffs. The team is going to need to hold it together until he returns, and that will be a lot harder than last year.

With that said, I am not looking forward to the CP hamstring watch that is going to take place over the next 3 and a half seasons.

Right when it looks like things are getting rolling, CP goes down. FACK. Harden's going to be spent by the time we get to the playoffs.

We can get in without him, but we will not get very far in the playoffs without him. Knight isn't going to fill the void. It will be interesting to see Dantoni's strategy moving forward. Point isn't anything new to Harden, so thats probably a safe bet. Question is who gets the 3-spot, I would argue House might be your best option right now.

A few weeks ago I would have said probably not but we seem to be figuring things out and the West is just so tightly packed right now. I trust Morey will make the right move and I expect to see Brandon Knight play a lot more if he isn't dealt.

Of course the main concern will be having anything left in the tank for the playoffs if we have to battle all season just to get in.
