And Hayward just broke his ankle. Tnt cut to the camera showing it then immediately cut away. So gross

That was hard to watch. Reminded me of the Louisville player from a few years ago.

Not a celtics fan, but Gordon Hayward is a really likeable guy. Feel bad for him. Could be a while before we see him again

What an awful awful way to start the NBA season and I really hope Hayward can eventually 100% recover from such a brutal injury. Like Paul George was. And yeah, the Cavs path to win East just got noticeably easier on Day 1.

I hope GH recovers as soon as possible because that injury was nasty to look at.

You can't see the injury on this, just the reaction from the Cavs' bench.

Reminds me of 2009 Derrick Roland in WA. Donald Sloan was tearing up seeing his best friend in pain and that made me cry. Just so tough to see the pain on the player and teammates. All the best for Hayward.

Yeah that's what I thought too. Roland happened immediately as he came down. Looks like on this one Hayward had his leg sort of saved until it got too far out of whack with his body then it snapped.

Marv Albert just tells "Hayward broke his leg! Hayward broke his leg!" and the camera switched right up to it then immediately switched away.

Hayward looked like he was in shock. T&P

People were acting like the guy had just died on court. Good lord. Broken leg.

Did you see what it looked like? I'm not saying I'd freak out like some of them but I know plenty of people who would faint or vomit upon sight of that sideways foot

And the leading scorer at the half is Sw**** P off of the bench with 20 points. No one is beating a healthy Warriors team.
