We have missed 25 consecutive 3s and are down 10. If we hit even 3 of those this is a different looking game. I don't think they are hoping more than poor luck. What else can you say when you miss that many in a row?

Refs are a problem when it takes momentum from one team and gives it to another and that's exactly what happened on the 3rd.
Dumb people don't understand this. We were absolutely clobbered over and over again, and also not awarded properly for being fouled when not driving. At the same time, we were told very clearly that we weren't allowed to play with the same physicality. All of the sudden the warriors have running lanes behind moving screens and get some confidence.
If we win, it should be looked at as one of the most monumental odds defying comebacks of all time. If not, we should be raising absolute hell.

He just happened to make it so lazy commentary. The missed 3s have definitely not been because of defense.
Just like the Celts-Cavs game. Assuming we don't come back, I feel like both of these games were determined by the losing team's inability to hit shots rather than the winning team's ability to hit shots or play exceptional defense.

Rockets didn't go 0 - 26, harden was clearly fouled on 2 of those attempts and actually made another one that was inexplicably called a foul on the floor. From a somewhat neutral observer... NBA officiating is NBA officiating. Every team that gets down in a big game is going to have beefs about the refs.
Golden State is just stupid stacked and can go on ridiculous 3rd quarter runs with ease because they don't waste max energy because they've got 4 guys that could carry the team on any night... Houston has Harden and Paul -- and that was enough to take Golden State to the brink.
But no Chris Paul and missing 20+ straight 3's... Just almost impossible to overcome that. Any normal team would be down 40 by now - Houston still has a pulse, but those 3's have to start falling in bunches.

Not what we need him to do most. We need him to score. He isn't doing it.
The warriors defense really hasn't been good in this series. The problem has been that the rockets can't hit wide open shots.
