Why feel sorry for him? This is the team he built.wangus12 said:

So dumb. How, exactly, is it the team he built? He was a vocal supporter of David Griffin, the ex-GM who the owner stupidly ran out of town. He was on record saying that he didn't think they should trade Kyrie Irving. He is a longtime friend of Dwyane Wade, who has looked really good for Miami since being traded away. Or is it George HIll, Larry Nance Jr, and Jordan Clarkson whom he had no part in acquiring that make it the team he built?MGS said:Why feel sorry for him? This is the team he built.wangus12 said:

He more than anyone brought Wade into Cleveland. Ended up being the worst fit ever (a washed-up vet who had cred, but whose skills didn't fit) in Cleveland. LBJ was probably the last person in Cleveland (Wade included) to say that it wasn't working.
Pushed Blatt out in favor of a players coach, Tyronn Lue. Didn't like what Lue was doing and undermined him at every term. One of the youngest coaches in the league then takes a leave of absence in late March as the team is adjusting to an overturned roster? Okay, yeah. Nothing at all to do with LeBron. Sure.
Kyrie leaving a championship team in his prime after hitting a game-winning shot over Steph Curry? Why would anyone do that if not because of an aging superstar who refuses to let go of control of a franchise.
And the above guy was replaced with Isaiah Thomas? This guy?
If you really think that LeBron James didn't have a say, if not complete 100% control, over how the Cavalier roster is shaped, then I don't know what to tell you. They accumulated great pieces on paper, but the chemistry was a mess and LBJ was stubborn, but because he's probably the smartest player in the league in terms of basketball IQ, he knew that the pre-All-Star make-up of the Cavs was trashed so he put in a motion to get rid of the egos/age in favor of youth, shooting, and up-and-comers. They were great post-break, but it's just not adding up in the post season. It happens.
Either way, LeBron put this team together in one way or another. There's no doubt about that. Nobody should feel bad that a three-time champion and second best player of all-time is having a bad playoff experience.
So, if they now start a run..... Are you going to praise him for the moves?Head Ninja In Charge said:

What? No. My point was that LeBron had more than enough input on how this current Cleveland roster is constructed. Nobody should feel bad for him because of his teammates. If they lose, bummer. If they win, great. I don't care. But that's his team.ColoradoMooseHerd said:So, if they now start a run..... Are you going to praise him for the moves?Head Ninja In Charge said:
