I have a feeling Pop will throw in the towel very early tonight if things aren't going well, and I hope I'm wrong, but I think tonight will be a bludgeoning of the Joel Anthony and Bryn Forbes variety.
I hope Leonard can play and be effective on Saturday. I anticipate the team being in "last stand" mode the first game in San Antonio. I would love to be wrong tho.

As far as I know, Bowen was never suspended in the playoffs. I thought the Chris Paul thing was playoffs, but it was just late regular season. And there was pretty much no contact there anyway - he certainly wasn't trying to hurt Paul. Weakest suspension ever.
But Bowen has been retired almost a decade and all that is irrelevant.
Zaza has a clear history of dirty fouls and this was clearly another one.

Pretty much admits it was intentional. He did what he had to do to help the Suns win. That included injuring the other team's star.
That being said, I was actually already wanting the Spurs to beat the Warriors. I just don't like Draymond Green at all, and I'm not a fan of the way Golden State plays. It only works for them because they have a once in a generation player in Curry (shooting wise) and the ultimate heat check player in Klay. It's teaching a generation of kids the wrong way to play ball, because they all just try to jack 3's and have no game to fall back on when they are nowhere near good enough to pull it off.

He's right. The way they play is fun to watch for the average fan, but I don't like watching curry and Thompson make 3's with guys hands in their faces all game. Those guys are really good shooters, but it almost makes me think the warriors are the Harlem globetrotters by the way they play.
Lots of broken bones. They are the "warriors" so they should be well prepared. I expect us to start dedmon, the white guy, Aldridge, pau, and flying elbows murry and I expect it to get bloody very quickly.

They didn't lead the NBA in attempted 3 pointers. It's not all they do. They also have the best offensive ball movement in the NBA this season (or at least they did, I haven't checked the most up to date stats on that one). They get a lot of layups and mid range jumpers, and they're the second best defensive team in basketball behind only San Antonio this season. I believe they were the best defensive team each of the last 2 years.grapespda2525 said:

They absolutely can and do catch fire from the three point line all of the time, but they're nowhere near a one trick pony. If they were, they wouldn't have been the best team in the west each of the last three years. I understand people not liking them, but to act like they're just some sort of gimmick is just not true.
