I always laughed when it was someone else, I never thought it would happen to me.

I think one of the most fascinating subplots of the 2nd half will be the Lakers vs 76ers tanking strategy. If the LA pick lands 4th or higher then Philly gets the pick. If the season ended today the order would be:

1. Boston (Brooklyn pick)
2. Suns
3. Lakers
4. Magic
5. 76ers

If the 76ers go full tank, for old time's sake, they could push the Lakers out of the top 3 while gaining yet another top 3 pick. It is not inconceivable they end up with the 3rd and 4th picks in a loaded draft. Ping pong balls will obviously come into play here. If I am running the Lakers there would be a lot of mysterious injuries popping up during the 2nd half.
