I find it disrespectful for him to make the news about him today. It could've waited until tomorrow morning. Today is about America, not Golden State & free agency.

If this were our 2nd or 3rd go round with this independence day thing, you may have a point.But, since we are about 240 years in and I doubt you are at a national monument showing your respects, then I am inclined to give KD a pass.
