After a couple seasons of listening to Mike Carey analyze replays, and side with the call on the field most every time, I don't really trust the NBA's 2-minute report anymore either*.

Thompson (GSW) makes incidental contact with Stephenson (MEM) that does not affect his jump shot attempt. Stephenson kicks out his leg and initiates the contact, but the contact is not enough for an offensive foul.

Curry (GSW) makes incidental contact with Stephenson (MEM) after the release of his jump shot.

My issue with the goaltend is that would be called 100% of the time on the defense. Why does the offense get to touch it there? Had that been a defensive player, they would not have even reviewed it and no one (including you and me) would have even questioned it.

Again, why was that play a double standard?

I'm going to be real interested to see the two minute report for the GSW - Houston game.

If it is like the Lance Stephenson/Steph Curry & Klay Thompson incident above, I'm going to guess that NBA version of Mike Carey will report it as: Tackle by Draymond Green was CNC as it was determined to not effect outcome. Additionally, Michael Beasley's pulling down of Draymond Green to the ground was incidental CNC.

League is going to review Green toss of Beasley.

But 2 minute report indicates that Harden should have been called for the offensive foul (INC)

Green will get a technical before the game and they'll let Houston take a FT to make it a 2 point game 3 win.

Is this the type of thing common for a two minute report? It seems bizarre. If it is, they need to be consistent with everything (moving screens, traveling, etc. ).

I'm getting tired of this GS love fest from the league. It's so blatant.
