quote:Dude I'm 99% sure it ain't happening. This is psych 101. Cuban and co. courted him and rolled out the red carpet, and Jordan loved it. Not only that, but coming to terms with Dallas required him to convince himself that LAC wasn't properly using his talents, that Paul was a jerk, that he deserved more respect than he was getting, etc., and that he would improve his lot in all those areas by moving to Dallas. He made that decision and has had days to come to grips with his reasoning. So now, in his mind, all of those things are established facts. Basically, Jordan's mentally and emotionally moved on from the Clippers and I don't think Rivers can undo that in a couple of hours.
I'm gonna find that damn meeting, and cockblock the Clippers.

Think about big moves in your life. Once you've weighed the options, arrived at a decision, and truly made peace with it, you simply don't go back unless you receive a hugely jarring bit of new data (which Rivers won't have. It'll just be "come on, we'll use you more. Chris Paul ain't so bad. You and Blake are buds!").
