Matthews contract is rumored to be 4 years at 13 million a pop. Parsons is 15, Dirk is 10, Jordan is 20.

Not much out there in terms of point guards on the market for 2016...makes that 2nd round pick of some unathletic Indian guy seem even dumber without a PG prospect to look at.

I hope DAJ career turns out like Tyson Chandler where he played with Chris Paul, got better, then leaves and wins a ring a few years later.

Also, I hope this means we get more Sad Chris Paul!

Two less.

Dallas doesn't have a point guard and doesn't have the money to get one and LAC doesn't have a center and doesn't have the money to get one.

^Unless you considered the 7 seeded Mavs as title contenders last year, then it's 1 less

I didn't really consider them title contenders in 2011, but things happen.

The Kings will be something to watch next year:

Has to be tough to be a trailblazers fan.

Wish LA had picked the lakers, although it's not like that would have solved their problems. SA is going to be beastly now though.

The Spurs front line is now Kawhi, Aldridge, and Duncan with Diaw (and maybe West) coming off the bench.

the 2 biggest free agent signings so far: DeAndre to the Mavericks and Aldridge to the Spurs...are players moving from states (California & Oregon) that like to keep a lot of the people's money...to one (Texas) that doesn't.

While that may play a role when comparing their total money received, it doesn't hurt that both players are Texans.

And Wes turned down a larger offer from Sacramento. I know there are plenty of nonmonetary reasons for not going to Sacramento, but I bet that played a part in it.

It looks like the money will be very similar after taxes. "Only" a $2M difference over 4 years, I think.

Jordan looks to step out of Clippers stars' shadows

Wow. I'm sure there's another side, but it looks like the Clippers badly f'd up their handling of Jordan's FA.

Also, Chris Paul seems like he sucks.
