A player takes two steps, is fouled after second step, then jumps on his third step and makes his shot.

I'm fairly certain this on the floor but does the foul allow him to take the extra step? Seems like a foul right before you take your final step is always awarded the continuation in the NBA.

In the NBA, the shot would count whether he's fouled or not.

It depends.

What media market is the shooter in? Who is the shooter, and at what point in the game is it? Where is the fouling team from, and who committed the foul? Is this a playoff series?
