To be fair, Kawhi is 1000% better player than when he was drafted. On most other teams with most other coaches, I don't envision him making the same strides.

he was a monster at SDSU. That MWC Tournament and NCAA tournament run should've made him an easy lottery pick. The morris twins showed nothing at KU that screamed future star potential

i'm a rockets fan and this is about leonard, and i looked up his draft and realized that the rockets had a chance at him and passed. It's a valid point

I think it is a valid discussion.

More has gotten a couple nice picks in the draft in Parsons and Jones (if he is ever healthy). But the rest of his drafts look like crap.

Drafted and traded away Nic Batum for Joey Dorsey and Donte Green. And that pick was right before George Hill, DeAndre Jordan, Mario Chalmers, Omer Asik, and Goran Dragic.

Aaron Brooks taken one spot before Aron Affalo and before Carl Landry and Marc Gasol.

Patrick Patterson taken in the great stockpiling of PFs over Eric Bledsoe and Lance Stephenson.
