Bond brought up division title drought, so I thought I would look up teams over 10 years without a division title. Amazed Golden State lasted so long. Nearly 40 years without a division title is a hell of a drought. And it isn't like they were terrible that whole time. They had some good teams in there.
Golden State has clinched it this year. This is their first division title since 1976.
Portland won their division and it is their first since the lockout season of 99, which was their first since 92.
Washington is at 36 years. Last one was 1979, the year the class of 01 was born.
Charlotte has not won in 24 years (Original Hornets until they left + new franchise, two seasons of no team)
Houston has not won in 21 years
Memphis has not won a title in 19 years
Philly at 14 years
Sacramento at 12 years
Minnesota's sole title was 11 years ago
