The Cavs had 7 players reach double figures in points tonight. yes, it was against Brooklyn. But its hard to say now that the Cavs have "no bench". They don't have the best bench but they are playing much better as a whole. Their bench looks improved from what was going on in the first half of the season. They are for sure gelling too. They easily have the best starting 5 in the league. The first half of the season it was obvious that they were learning how to play together. I think they walk into the finals this year but probably lose.
Golden State is destroying Atlanta right now. Its at half time but both of these teams know that they have the best record in their conferences. With plenty of pregame hype It sorta has a playoff feel to it and Golden State is looking like a freight train going full speed. They have 4 players in double figures going into half time. They move the ball around so well.
Atlanta looks like this years version of what the Pacers have been in the last few years. A really good team that wont be able to finish off someone deep into the play offs. They lack the "MVP" type player that championship teams typically have. Again... like the Pacers of a couple of years ago. Solid team with lots of really good players but they're missing a piece.
