Sad to see so much talent wasted. I know many Mavs fans are cynical in regards to Roy, but as a kid I can't help but look back at 1986-87 fondly.

Hopefully he will find peace that he never could in life.

The top of that 86 draft had a few guys with substance abuse problems.

Len Bias, Chris Washburn, William Bedford, and Tarpley were all top 7 picks.

Still, not a horrible draft... lots of guys contributed in league from that draft.
