Conversely to the location of Artest's hit, is the intent. Several players went out of their way to commit a malicious act, resulting in suspensions

Artest was walking straight and Harden took 3 or 4 steps to the left to purposefully get in his way (probably to incite something, as Harden has been known to do before). And Artest followed through with a motion he was already making before Harden walked into him.

I said my opinion is that should be suspended 4 games. Based on what happened and the type of injury. Because it was Artest, I'd say that got him the 6 games.

And the "6" was playoff games. hence right after that why i qualified with "9 playoff games". as i said before. and it's what he got.

You are so lame. You first said 4 games (in the other thread). Then you said 7 games. Then you said 6 games. Then you said the rest of the season. One of them was bound to be right.

And virtually zero Spurs fans said he should be banned for life, although many (including myself) did think he should be suspended for the rest of the season. If you will notice, I put the o/u at 8 games. And I didn't post 4 different predictions.

Since he's Artest with a history, hit Harden in the ear (as opposed to hitting Perkins in the shoulder if it were him in the play): i anticipated he would get 6 playoff games. so 7 total.

And that's pretty much exactly what Stern said in his statement. Head injury + history.
