We are through. We've won the group. We are >99% sure we are playing Bosnia & Herzegovina in the round of 32. But first, we need to take care of one last group stage match. There is nothing on the line in this game. Poch has said he's not gonna risk the players with yellows. This means nothing. And yet, this is the World Cup on American Soil and damn it I want 9 points from the group stage. We've never done it and I want it. I want that momentum to keep flowing. Even though Turkey have been eliminated, they're still the toughest opponent in the group in my opinion and I want to stomp them into the ground.

We do not need to risk much. Especially guys sitting on a yellow. Plus players further down the pecking order need a run out. They might be needed in the knockout rounds, so having some game time under their belt is important. If fact, I'd even run out whomever is the #2 keeper.

Already seeing the usual people finding fault with the lineup choices. Some players will go 13 days between game 2 and the starting round of 32 knock out game. (only have 5 subs to use)
But if you dont rotate for this 3rd game, then you also have key backups who will potentially have not played at all in almost a month for knockout rounds.

I think I would opt for sneaking a rest in over playing the same 11-12 players the majority of minutes in the first 3 games, its a decision you make with intentions to advance to at least the quarterfinals.
I dont really think you will get 'rusty' in 13 days, but who knows.

Yeah I'm leaning towards Turkey bossing this game because of their control. Not saying we're gonna get blown our or even lose, but we are not gonna be dominant like we were for most of the first 2 matches
