meh barley getting into the playoffs then getting bounced will be touted a success by the front office...rinse, wash, repeat.

The only decent player on an otherwise unremarkable team. I expect middle to bottom half of the table from this team.

Good win - especially for a team that hasn't had time together.

Wife and I enjoyed the second half comeback! Let's see what this season holds for us - it'd be nice to get some momentum (and lots of goals) early.

side note - at some point this franchise might consider actually building a team that doesn't require a quarter of the season to figure each other out because they're building a squad on the fly as the season starts.

it's funny you say that. the entire first half, I thought, "these guys have no idea how to play together." you are absolutely right in that we seem to turn over the roster so much and spend too long figuring out how to play.

I was not excited when I heard this news. Was one of the more consistent players the past few seasons

how are the games/atmospheres these days? I used to be a season ticket holder in the mid 2000's. Used to love going back then, drinking plenty of cheap/free beer, and partying it up. Would love to take my kids to a game soon if its even worth going too? I know nothing about this team anymore.

I'll let the others speak to how the atmosphere was for the season opener but from the highlights it looked as though there was a decent crowd.
