Well that should have been a quick 1-0 lead. That close and misses the goal completely.

I think this is the most frustrating aspect of our team for me.

Just did it again. Free ball to the defense and we boot it down the field to absolutely nobody. This team has a very low soccer IQ

My daughter is a great passer. Hardly ever does not connect with a teammate. Best part of her game. I think that's why it makes it so frustrating for me.

I am at a loss with this team. Play with their heads down 99% of the time.

Love Matula's effort but consistently slide tackling is lazy defending and she's going to get called for a foul in the box soon.

The Aggies had about 3 good opportunities to score in the half including one that should be put away every time in the opening minutes.

TCU never had anything threatening in the half and don't even have a recorded shot (much less one on goal).

First half assessment. I have no idea who we are as a team. Good effort from Pante, and a few good runs by McDonald. McDonald uses her speed well, but ball control is not her strength. She created some opportunities down the right side but doesn't have a lot of control on her crosses to cross with no direction or purpose, and loses the ball at her feet a lot. We are slow at left back and although we defended well against the TCU attack there are key moments where we could settle the ball from the back line and play out. Instead we just clear it immediately out of bounds or boot it up field for tcu to regain control. The midfield had some decent moments in the last 5 minutes of the half but they hold the ball too long and any advantage we have is quickly lost bc of that or bc of a bad first touch.

I felt better about the speed at left back after Macy Matula subbed in. I was concerned before that too.

Yes good point. She may not be slow but she played and made decisions slowly.

Who's our strongest midfielder.

TCU forward gets past our entire defense and is 1 on 1 with our goalie but lets the ball gets too far away from her and Fuller slides in for the save.
