Defense solid in 1st half. Midfield passing has.. not been good. Golden opportunity clang off the crossbar. You gotta finish that against a side like FL ST. Hope some subtle adjustments made for 2nd half.

Actually a good first half as we are executing the game plan. We're sitting back and playing the counter, except we're bypassing the midfield completely as obviously we cannot hold possession long enough to build up the attack. Mia very unlucky on that header that should have scored. Defense playing well and frustrating FSU's star forwards on the outside. If we could get a quick goal early in the second half, the pressure on FSU will mount and we could steal one or at least get to PKs.

Looks like Hayes has a wrap on her left thigh. Jernigan looked exhausted late in the half. Pante's bad luck continues with the bounce off the crossbar. Just keep playing.

Yeah, you missed the most dangerous opportunity of the first half. Nice ball into the box, headed down toward the net, out of the keeper's reach, but bounced up and somehow found the front of the crossbar instead of the bottom of it.

Florida State appears to be quicker and have better instincts and reactions. Aggies are going to need a bad bounce, a FS player to slip down at a crucial moment or better yet an own goal for the Aggies to score. Defense has played just good enough but can that continue in the second half.

That goal was one of the bets goals I've ever seen by a collegiate women's soccer player. Just unreal skill and ability on the ball. Not much we could do about that. That's the type of forward Coach G needs to sign to win at this level.
